Viscount Foundation, Inc.

Viscount Foundation, Inc. is an educational foundation established to impact and serve the African American community with emphasis in the Inland Empire. The Foundation has focused its efforts on mentoring, tutoring, math, science/technology, Engr., Arts (STEAM) and leadership programs that positively affect at risk African American Males. Viscount was incorporated on 05/02/2016. Through program grants, scholarships and leadership, the Viscount Foundation promotes the game changing aspects and opportunities of a college education in assisting our youth in reaching their true potential.

First-Rate Programs

Leadership Programs are hosted by volunteer community professionals and entrepreneurs. We offer a variety of high-quality workshops designed to prepare students for their next steps.

Our mission is to embrace the pursuit of excellence in mentoring our young men, emphasizing life learning processes and sharing experiences in community involvement, career & wealth development.

Boule' - Base 11 Fellows Program

Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity, a.k.a. the Boulé, is the first and oldest African American Greek-letter fraternal organization. Together with the nonprofit Base 11, the Boulé aims to empower 50,000 African American students, early career adults and entrepreneurs to succeed in the nation’s fastest growing and most highly compensated STEM industries by 2030.
